If sharing men who get it is part of the new plan bravo. I like the idea. I can only say, I strive to get it.

I think recognizing ability without bias is always a growing process. Even members in a group that is biased against have individuals who agree with the biased opinion.

I have not read your book as yet, nor have I seen the movie Iron-Jawed Angels so I’ve put both of these on my “must do” list. – I note that you mentioned two European business leaders who are both very progressive. How are our Canadian leaders stacking up? Do any of them “get it’?

yes I have seen the movie, Iron-Jawed Angels and I am of course award of the struggle and pain that has got women to where we are today – like you say, partially won progress.
I also think, however, that young men like Josh give us a little more hope for the future.
