If sharing men who get it is part of the new plan bravo. I like the idea. I can only say, I strive to get it.

I think recognizing ability without bias is always a growing process. Even members in a group that is biased against have individuals who agree with the biased opinion.

I favor the pain you are stating even if I don't actually understand anything that an individual mentioned. It is not the identical here's Asian countries. The natives perhaps see it a bit in another way. I usually love to hunt for a Oriental girl's perspective.

I would like to talk to someone to help me get the word out about my very first book. It took me five years to write it. It came from the heart. Hope you can give me some advice.
Thank you Laura Troester

From The Sunday New York Times Magazine

As a partner at Goldman Sachs and one of the best-known market analysts in this country, you’re surely aware that women continue to be thinly represented among the senior ranks on Wall Street. Why is that?

The Interview:

Hi Jacqueline
I know of one high profile Canadian man who gets it - Ed Clarke, CEO of TD Bank. He's been winning Catalyst awards because he has made gender balance leadership part of his business strategy in the bank. http://www.td.com/president.jsp

Hi Lynn,

I have not read your book as yet, nor have I seen the movie Iron-Jawed Angels so I've put both of these on my "must do" list. - I note that you mentioned two European business leaders who are both very progressive. How are our Canadian leaders stacking up? Do any of them "get it'?

Hi Krista
yes I have seen the movie, Iron-Jawed Angels and I am of course award of the struggle and pain that has got women to where we are today - like you say, partially won progress.
I also think, however, that young men like Josh give us a little more hope for the future.
